Group 10 x 10 Table Space: Free Groups, associations, teachers, etc. are welcome to set up booths to pass out information, talk to people, and network.  These table spaces are non-vending, though a single, generic donation jar may be displayed.

You are required to bring any needed tables, chairs, canopies, and picnic or potluck items for yourself to the event. Food will be available at the park consession stand, but you can also plan to pack a lunch. Grills and picnic tables are on site.

To register for a table, you will need to submit this form and full payment (if applicable) no later than September 15, 2011. Payments are not refundable, except in the case that the event should be canceled. Your table space is not transferable to any other organization or person.

Please arrive no later than one hour prior to the event. Table space assignments will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. Additionally, please be packed and clear of the event site no later than one hour after the end of the event (6:00pm).

No food or beverages may be offered by any group or vendor during Northern Virginia Pagan Pride Day. If you wish to do so, you must secure the proper permits on your own through the appropriate county/city jurisdiction.

Northern Virginia Pagan Pride Day is not a forum for political action, protest, or demonstration. We will refuse and/or eject persons or groups who do otherwise. Your participation in Northern Virginia Pagan Pride Day must comply with all of the rules and regulations of the City of Manassas Parks and Recreation, as well as International Pagan Pride.
